To place an order, just add the item to your basket and then enter credit card info, or if you prefer, E-MAIL your order or call us at 1-305-968-8889.
Orders are usually shipped within a week (custom orders may take longer) If you are in a rush, please let us know and we'll do our best to get your order out quickly.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (depending on size and weight) charged to customer's account. Because the cost of shipping is based on weight and the zone to which it is being shipped to, it is difficult to estimate shipping. Rest assured that you will only be charged actual shipping charges with no handling fees except on international orders above $300.00. Before an order is shipped, we will email you and let you know how much actual shipping is or you can call us at 1-305-968-8889 or E-MAIL for shipping rates. Rush Orders add $10.00. All lamps and large castles will only be shipped via express mail due to how fragile the item is.
All sales are final.
All sales are final unless the product is damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded via US Post Office insurance, which will require a refund claim form along with a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
7% Sales Tax will be charged on all orders placed and shipped in Florida.
